Responsibilities

QAスタッフへのトレーニング：内部スタッフに対し、基礎的なテスト業務の説明やトレーニングを実施 (Conduct basic test task explanations and training for internal QA staff)
ツール、システムの各種申請・問い合わせ：ゲームテスターが円滑に業務を進められるようにツールやシステムへのアクセス申請やセッティングをサポート (Support tool and system access applications and setups for game testers)
テスト情報や内部情報の文書管理、各種資料作成：テスト業務に必要な情報、ツールや機器等の設定方法といった資料を新規に作成や改訂 (Create or revise documents for test information, tools, and equipment setups using office software)
サポート業務 (他チームの業務ヘルプ、アカウント管理など)：テストプロジェクトチームで一時的、又は短期間のテスト業務を行い、ゲームの動作を確認 (Provide support tasks like helping other teams, account management, and short-term game testing)
