Requirements

Proficient in Go, Python, or other systems-level languages, with production experience in automation tool development
Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, or cloud-native controllers
Familiar with GitOps tooling (e.g., FluxCD, ArgoCD) and policy-as-code frameworks (Kyverno, Open Policy Agent)
Comfortable designing RESTful APIs and writing clean, maintainable code in a collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across Kubernetes, virtualization, infrastructure layers, and networking automation
Preferred
Prior experience in hybrid-cloud or bare-metal infrastructure automation platforms
Familiarity with virtualization tooling (e.g., KubeVirt, vSphere, Harvester APIs)
Experience with network automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Python, Perl)
Experience with VM orchestration solutions (e.g., OpenStack, VMware vSphere, Harvester, Proxmox)
Industry certifications such as Terraform Associate, CKAD, or relevant networking/cloud automation credentials

Responsibilities

Build internal APIs and SDKs that enable teams to interact with infrastructure in a seamless, cloud-like manner
Design and implement Kubernetes platform automation for improved scalability and workload management
Develop automation frameworks for managing VM platform orchestration and infrastructure components
Automate network provisioning and VM lifecycle management across hybrid infrastructure
Extend and customize infrastructure management platforms to support scalable, multi-tenant provisioning solutions
Leverage GitOps, policy-as-code, and automation tools to enforce infrastructure consistency and security
