We are looking for a curious and technically accomplished Platform Product Manager to join our Product team. You'll lead a unified platform strategy that includes modernized data ingestion, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities across our suite of Employer Services solutions.

In this role, you are:

  • A leader who can translate objectives into scalable, data-driven platform solutions in partnership with engineering, product, data, and compliance teams.
  • Innovative in data architecture and product enablement, improving data quality, accelerating client onboarding, and promoting self-service analytics that bring measurable impact.
  • Comfortable starting from a blank slate and iterating quickly toward minimum viable products and platform maturity.
  • Connecting ideas across teams and driving shared understanding across internal and external programs.
  • Reporting to Experian's Senior Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promote the platform's technical strategy and long-term vision to all partners, framing solutions within a broader strategic context.
  • Build the platform product roadmap, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term investments in consideration of our priorities.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into applicable product strategies, data models, and platform features.
  • Lead Agile product development processes, including backlog ownership, prioritization of epics and stories, and sprint planning in collaboration with engineering.
  • Partner with product managers, engineering, and analytics teams to prioritize and finish projects that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platform or data products.
  • A technical background with cloud architecture (especially Azure), data modeling, APIs, and analytics tooling (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric).
  • Prior experience building data ingestion pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, or reporting platforms.
  • Experience working in or around the HR Tech space, especially related to compliance, payroll, or employer reporting systems.
  • Experience challenging the status quo.
  • Exceptional management skills across technical and business domains.
