Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day/night), 24/7, including weekends and overtime as needed
Ability to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping; climb, stand, and move on stairs, ladders, and platforms; twist, turn, and bend; enter confined spaces; stand on concrete floors for extended periods (up to 12 hours with minimal breaks)
Fine dexterity to cut and use hand and power tools
Skills in manufacturing processes, including operating, maintaining, and cleaning automated equipment
Ability to maintain accurate records and data
Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to operate essential material handling equipment (e.g., clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks)
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain production equipment in assigned area (e.g., Floss Making, Brush Bristling, Family Care, Feminine Care, Baby Care)
Act as System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area
Run high-speed converting and packing equipment
Control production processes from a computer terminal
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Keep production flowing, meet performance goals, and maintain high product quality
Operate material handling equipment (e.g., clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks)
Maintain accurate records and data
Get involved in impacting situations and influencing business-related problems
