Requirements

18 years of age or older
Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
Able to display skills in manufacturing processes, including operating, maintaining, and cleaning automated equipment
Able to maintain accurate records and data
Display strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Able to operate essential material handling equipment (e.g., clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks)
Able to use basic hand and power tools
Able to lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping
Able to climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders, and platforms
Able to twist, turn, and bend
Able to enter confined spaces
Able to stand on concrete floors for an extended period of time
Willing to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
Willing to work day shift or night shift (12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, 7 days per week)

Responsibilities

Run high-speed production lines and packing equipment
Control the process from a computer terminal
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Keep production flowing and meet performance goals
Maintain high level of quality for products
Work on a team to address business-related challenges
Demonstrate growing levels of operating, maintenance, and leadership skills
