  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing & Plant Management) for USA roles
  • Restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act due to access to export-controlled technology)
  • Significant experience in Manufacturing & Plant Management

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall production facility (including Service Shops) to reach targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety
  • Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
  • Own/influence budgets and operating plans
  • Team management of salaried employees (typically 2nd line manager with senior professional direct reports; manage medium to large teams)
  • Attract and retain talent
  • Develop expertise in own function and provide professional or thought leadership
  • Influence policy and ensure delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
  • Utilize understanding of industry trends to inform decision making
  • Lead others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles
  • Employ sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing, or engineering techniques
