Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the industrial cylinder fill plant operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and Airgas policies
Lead and manage subordinate supervisors to provide effective leadership in a dynamic environment
Investigate and report any injuries or accidents, promptly resolving plant-related issues to maintain a safe and productive facility
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plant, where safety rules are rigorously observed and practiced
Coach and take corrective actions as needed to improve performance, ensuring all associates meet high standards
Effectively handle associate complaints and grievances while ensuring compliance with pre-employment requirements
Collaborate with the team to implement measures for continuous improvement in production methods, equipment performance, and overall operational efficiency
