  • Investigate and report any injuries or accidents, promptly resolving plant-related issues to maintain a safe and productive facility
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plant, where safety rules are rigorously observed and practiced
  • Coach and take corrective actions as needed to improve performance, ensuring all associates meet high standards
  • Effectively handle associate complaints and grievances while ensuring compliance with pre-employment requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to implement measures for continuous improvement in production methods, equipment performance, and overall operational efficiency
