Requirements
Candidates should possess a Computer Science degree or equivalent, along with database development skills specifically in Oracle PL/SQL, and knowledge in JAVA Code or C/C++ or ANSI C. Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems and containerized environments is desirable, as is knowledge of Amazon Cloud AWS. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are required, and the ability to work as part of a rotational 24-hour on-call schedule is expected.
Responsibilities
The PL/SQL Software Engineer II will be responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle, collaborating with various parties, developing code and automations using various technologies, maintaining product compatibility with latest technologies, troubleshooting and resolving issues as part of the software development life-cycle, communicating and enforcing coding standards, belonging to an agile team with agile rhythms, and collaborating with DevOps, Developers, Testers, and the Team Leader. They will also be expected to develop automations and solutions to maintain cloud platforms and achieve high quality service.
