  • Build and manage timelines with clear milestones, adjusting proactively as plans evolve
  • Organize key meetings and ensure participants are prepared with the right context and materials
  • Support alignment on roles, deliverables, and next steps across creative, strategy, client, and delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate trackers and systems, including Salesforce, to support reliable submissions and reporting
