Requirements

Warehouse or retail experience in order picking and packing
Attention to detail and ability to follow strict processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
Experience with warehousing and cyclic inventory management
Experience with forklifts (SDCB and Combi-lift) preferred (training provided)
Strong organizational skills (consolidation between required material requests)
Willingness to work overtime on occasion when necessary
Positive attitude aligned with Flynn culture

Responsibilities

Work with team members on various requests
Pick large format material, up to and including 30’ bundles (team-based order picking)
Pick smaller accessory/parts-based inventory in concert with larger materials
Store and maintain inventory systems for accuracy and productivity
Operate machines including motorized pallet jacks, SDCB forklift truck, Combi-lift side loader reach truck, scissor lift aerial work platform (training provided)
Complete additional special projects and other directions from management
