Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy aligned with brand and therapeutic area objectives
Develop sustainable relationships with designated accounts, health systems, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders to formalize Impella programs and optimize outcomes
Understand hospital market dynamics, uncover gaps in operational efficiency and patient care, and deploy appropriate tools to reach more patients
Present complex health economic information to influential and diverse groups in an engaging, credible, and easily understood way
Advocate on behalf of heart recovery programs to health system administration and engage hospital administrators to gain alignment on projects
Collaborate with hospitals and administrators to identify program efficiencies through best practice implementation, protocol development, and workflow improvement for long-term sustainability
Identify program gaps and align internal resources (e.g., medical office, research, marketing, executive teams) to support hospital goals
Collaborate with systems of care and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to implement best practices across hospitals within the system
Act as a field liaison connecting hospitals to internal resources
