The QA Specialist will communicate with clients, reviewers, and management to ensure timely and complete report delivery, evaluate physician reports for accuracy and compliance with client and jurisdictional standards, clarify ambiguous questions with clients, provide feedback to physicians, analyze reports for data accuracy, and ensure adherence to state requirements and client-specific formatting guidelines. They will also participate in improving DS processes and follow up with clients for missing information, while potentially providing oversight to team members.
