Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Current active unrestricted PHRN license to practice as a health professional within the scope of practice
  • 2 years relevant clinical experience (i.e., Medical Surgical in Tertiary care hospital, Critical Care); or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
  • Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience specifically on Utilization Management and Population Health Management, HEDIS Abstraction, etc. (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (required)
  • Relevant Healthcare certification (preferred, i.e., Medical Coding, Nursing Specialty certifications)

Responsibilities

  • Attend review and USRN Academy Program for purposes of preparing for the NCLEX and undergo training
  • Pursue completeness and timely submission of NCLEX and Boards of Nursing Licensure Requirements while abiding by and conforming to all applicable rules and regulations, directions, instructions, and conditions related to training and Company Code of Conduct
  • Assist business operations production as appropriate
  • Provide insights, risks, and recommended interventions on individual and class progress to Clinical Consultant and Business Operations
  • Provide suggestions that may lead to interventions and additional curriculum to the program to enhance clinical acumen
