Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales discussions with healthcare professionals in practices, clinics, and pharmacies (diabetologists, internists, general practitioners, cardiologists, nephrologists, pharmacists...), utilizing digital communication channels.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute territory action plans and contact route planning.
  • Organize and conduct training events, including digital formats.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events and workshops.

Requirements

  • Scientific education (ideally a university degree) or training as a Certified Pharmaceutical Representative (Geprüfte Pharmareferent:in).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative, with in-depth knowledge in the field of diabetes.
  • Proficient clinical experience is necessary.
  • Strong sales skills and goal-oriented work approach.
  • High social competence, strong team spirit, and networking skills.
  • Digital IT proficiency and effective use of modern communication channels for customer-oriented engagement.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
