Requirements

Required scheduling availability: Sunday (10am-6pm, every other weekend), Monday-Friday (9am-9pm), Saturday (10am-6pm, every other weekend)
Complete rigorous company training program
Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements per State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and compassionate service in patient interactions
Embrace growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, and seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs

Responsibilities

Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist as first point of contact for patients and customers to provide exceptional experience
Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, with prescriptions filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy, personalized service, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating issues
Perform basic inventory activities (put away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed
Contribute to safe, inclusive, high-performing team dynamics through effective communication and best practices
