Requirements

  • Required scheduling availability: Sunday (10am-6pm, every other weekend), Monday-Friday (9am-9pm), Saturday (10am-6pm, every other weekend)
  • Complete rigorous company training program
  • Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements per State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
  • Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and compassionate service in patient interactions
  • Embrace growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, and seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
  • Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
  • Assist as first point of contact for patients and customers to provide exceptional experience
  • Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, with prescriptions filled promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy, personalized service, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating issues
  • Perform basic inventory activities (put away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed
  • Contribute to safe, inclusive, high-performing team dynamics through effective communication and best practices
