Requirements

  • Complete a rigorous company training program
  • Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (e.g., production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)

  • Embrace a growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, and actively seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
  • Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary travel to other stores

Responsibilities

  • Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
  • Assist patients and customers as the first point of contact to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations by following SOPs and best practices
  • Operate effectively as part of the pharmacy team through communication and inclusive culture
  • Create heartfelt and personalized patient moments at pick-up, drive-thru, phone, register; offer immunizations and services; solve or escalate patient problems
  • Complete basic inventory activities (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
  • Contribute to a high-performing, safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic
