Complete a rigorous company training program
Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Follow all company SOPs at each workstation
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (e.g., production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and compassionate service in all patient and colleague interactions
Embrace a growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, and actively seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary travel to other stores
Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, ethical principles, CVS policies, and procedures (including patient safety and controlled substance dispensing)

Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist patients and customers as the first point of contact to deliver exceptional experiences
Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations by following SOPs and best practices
Operate effectively as part of the pharmacy team through communication and inclusive culture
Create heartfelt and personalized patient moments at pick-up, drive-thru, phone, register; offer immunizations and services; solve or escalate patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
Contribute to a high-performing, safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic
