Candidates must complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines, demonstrating adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices, and possessing effective communication skills, along with a genuine care and contribution to a safe and inclusive culture.
Pharmacy Technicians will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence, assist with pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, keep patients healthy by offering immunizations and other services at the retail location, and follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
