Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (must gain within 6 months of employment)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience including pharmacy experience in a retail setting, and customer service or call center experience
  • 5+ years of pharmacy experience in a retail setting
  • Communicate in a professional manner with members and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve
  • Demonstrate ability to work with confidential information and in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to effectively navigate a computer
  • Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel (or willing to learn)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from company members/customers
  • Assist members with directions to identify and realize savings opportunities highlighted by the company software system
  • Assist members on all issues related to processing of pharmacy claims
  • Coordinate internal resolution of customer issues
  • Make outbound calls to members who request service via the Rx Savings Solutions online portal
  • Make outbound calls to members through an auto dialer
  • Assist with research projects relating to pharmacy pricing
  • Educate members on benefits of Rx Savings Solutions services
  • Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management
