Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and pharmacy workflow procedures
Knowledge of controlled substance handling, including counting, imaging, inventory, and CII fulfillment
Capability to oversee safe and secure pharmacy operations, including keyholder duties, alarm/safe codes, and protection of products (especially refrigerated and controlled substances)
Flexibility for scheduling and business needs
Strong communication skills for interactions with supervising Pharmacist, Telepharmacy Tech Team Leader, patients, and team

Responsibilities

Manage all daily pharmacy operations under Pharmacist oversight from a remote Supervising Pharmacy
Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy (RDP), including serving as keyholder and protecting pharmacy products
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for accurate prescription fulfillment
Complete all tasks for controlled substance prescriptions, including counting, capturing images, maintaining inventory, and CII fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering services like immunizations, and solving/escalating issues at pick-up, drive-thru, register, and phone
Perform inventory activities (e.g., putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) as directed
Demonstrate genuine care, follow company SOPs, and contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment
