Requirements

  • Availability for flexible scheduling: Sunday 10am-6pm (every other weekend), Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 10am-6pm (every other weekend)
  • Completion of rigorous company training program
  • Satisfaction of all registration, licensing, and certification requirements per State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and pharmacy workflow procedures
  • Flexibility for scheduling and business needs
  • Growth mindset, receptiveness to feedback, and commitment to expanding clinical and technical knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence as first point of contact for patients and customers
  • Assist in ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
  • Demonstrate empathy, genuine care, and compassionate service: create personalized moments, offer immunizations/services, solve/escalate patient problems
  • Perform basic inventory activities (put away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed
  • Contribute to safe, effective pharmacy operations, high-performing team, safe/inclusive culture, and living company purpose
