Required scheduling availability: Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (Sunday and Saturday n/a)
Completion of rigorous company training program
Satisfaction of all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Ability to follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Flexibility for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary travel to other stores in the market

Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Act as the first point of contact to assist patients and customers for an exceptional experience
Assist in ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Operate as part of the pharmacy team through SOPs, best practices, and effective communication
Demonstrate genuine care in all customer and colleague interactions, contributing to a safe and inclusive culture
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
Contribute to a high-performing team dynamic
