Responsibilities

Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care: create heartfelt and personalized moments at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offer immunizations and services at register and over phone; solve or escalate patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership: put away medication deliveries, complete cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories
Contribute to a high-performing team: embrace growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, contribute to safe, inclusive, engaging team dynamic, voluntarily travel to stores in the market
