  • Complete rigorous company training program
  • Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
  • Part-time employment

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care: create heartfelt and personalized moments at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offer immunizations and services at register and over phone; solve or escalate patient problems
  • Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership: put away medication deliveries, complete cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories
  • Contribute to a high-performing team: embrace growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
  • Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, contribute to safe, inclusive, engaging team dynamic, voluntarily travel to stores in the market
