  • Flexible for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary travel to other stores

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
  • Act as first point of contact for patients and customers to provide exceptional experience
  • Assist in ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
  • Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
  • Complete basic inventory activities (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
  • Contribute to a high-performing, safe, inclusive team dynamic through effective communication and genuine care
