  • Required scheduling availability: Sunday (10am-6pm, every other weekend), Monday-Friday (9am-7pm), Saturday (9am-6pm, every other weekend)
  • Complete rigorous company training program
  • Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
  • Act as first point of contact to assist patients and customers for exceptional experience
  • Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions filled promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
  • Complete basic inventory activities (put away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
  • Contribute to high-performing team, safe and inclusive culture through effective communication and genuine care in all interactions
