Offer and deliver immunizations, and support Pharmacy Technicians in immunization training
Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on best practices and cold chain protection
Conduct onboarding and training for new Technicians and Pharmacists on CVS workflow, ensuring timely completion
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and escalate issues as needed
Partner with Store Manager for talent pipeline of cross-trained colleagues
Oversee Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists, manage performance via observation, feedback, reviews, and gap closure

Responsibilities

Help manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
Oversee pharmacy team during bench shifts and strengthen performance measures through coaching and follow-up
Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by directing team adherence to procedures and safety guardrails
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, coaching team on compassionate care, and resolving insurance/medication issues
Proactively offer and deliver immunizations and engage/support Pharmacy Technicians to immunize
Manage pharmacy inventory by following and coaching on best practices, especially cold chain products
Conduct new Technician and Pharmacist onboarding for store and district, ensuring training/licensure completion
Ensure full compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and escalate concerns to Rx DL
Partner with Store Manager to maintain cross-trained talent pipeline and ensure training completion
Oversee Staff Pharmacists and DPSs, manage performance through observation, feedback, validation, annual reviews, and gap closure
