Responsibilities

Provide warmth, friendliness, and confidence when discussing personal health issues with customers

Drive awareness of extra pharmacy services (e.g., Prescription Collection Service, Medicines Use Reviews)
Support the Pharmacist with delivery and record keeping of patient services (e.g., blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes)
Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures
Collect customers' prescriptions from their doctor's surgery on their behalf
