Responsibilities

  • Provide warmth, friendliness, and confidence when discussing personal health issues with customers
  • Quickly resolve customer problems and guide them to the right products
  • Accurately assemble and process prescriptions
  • Drive awareness of extra pharmacy services (e.g., Prescription Collection Service, Medicines Use Reviews)
  • Support the Pharmacist with delivery and record keeping of patient services (e.g., blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes)
  • Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collect customers' prescriptions from their doctor's surgery on their behalf
