The role is based at Odion De Wherelanden in Purmerend, a new-build residential location.
Required skills include very good social skills, tact, empathy, flexibility, good listening, recognizing needs behind questions, methodical work with support plans, reflection, and maintaining professional boundaries.
There are two teams that support each other; Team 1 focuses on clients with mild intellectual disabilities (LVB), and Team 2 on aging clients with intellectual disabilities, sometimes involving ADL support and nursing tasks.
Strong candidates have affinity with clients who have intellectual disabilities and related issues like aging, autism, or psychiatry; for Team 1, affinity with LVB clients (experience preferred); for Team 2, experience with aging clients, ADL support, or a nursing background.
