- Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 in de zorg (bijvoorbeeld Maatschappelijke Zorg of Verzorgende IG)
- Flexibel inzetbaar over meerdere locaties in Volendam
- Bereidheid om te werken in onregelmatige diensten (weekend, dag-, avond- en slaapdiensten)
- Wil iets betekenen voor een ander en ziet de mens achter de hulpvraag

Responsibilities
- Individuele begeleiding op maat bieden aan ouder wordende cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en niveaus van zelfstandigheid
- Fijne sfeer creëren in de algemene ruimte
- Inschatten wanneer te ondersteunen of juist aan te moedigen zelf te doen (bijv. helpen bij opstarten van de dag, gesprekken voeren)
- Ondersteunen bij dagelijks leven: samen koken, medicatie aanreiken, verpleegtechnische handelingen (zoals diabeteszorg en epilepsie)
- Verantwoordelijk voor het maken en uitvoeren van het zorgplan
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van acties rondom een aantal cliënten
- Nauw samenwerken met collega-begeleiders, familie, netwerk, gedragsdeskundige, regiebegeleider, huisarts en AVG
