Responsibilities
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades/credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Maintains safety of facility by following safety standards/procedures/guidelines
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring order/invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Completes work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, identifying priorities/deadlines, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback
- Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
