Candidates need 5+ years of personal lines experience with a focus on High Net Worth (HNW) client/account management, including specific HNW coverages like coastal homes, CA earthquake and brush fire, fine arts, jewelry, exotic cars, yacht/watercraft, and builder’s risk. Experience with carriers such as Chubb, AIG Private Client Group, PURE, Cincinnati, Encompass, Westfield, and E&S Markets is required, along with proper P&C insurance licenses.
The role requires working either 8:30-4:00PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM EST hours.
Experience with Applied Systems (EPIC), TAM, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), and general computer skills is required.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, performing well under deadlines, being a self-starter with good analytical and organizational skills, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
A strong candidate will have 5+ years of HNW personal lines experience with specific carriers and coverages, relevant licenses, technical proficiency in systems like EPIC and TAM, and demonstrated soft skills like communication, self-motivation, and handling fast-paced tasks.
