Requirements

  • Open to Bank Mart hours: Mon–Fri 10 AM–7 PM | Sat 10 AM–5 PM (weekday off if working Saturday)
  • Willingness to complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program, including rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification
  • In-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services
  • Ability to use consultative sales process, Financial Needs Assessment, CAMP, and other approved Marketing tools
  • Adherence to Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of Retail procedures to mitigate fraudulent activity and risk
  • Openness to work in specified branches: Harpers Point Bank Mart, Landen Bank Mart, Liberty Township Bank Mart, Union Center Financial Center, Landen/20 Mile Stand Financial Center

Responsibilities

  • Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs
  • Recommend appropriate Retail consumer and small business products/services using value proposition
  • Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews
  • Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities (e.g., Membership Advantage presentations, business sales calls, community events)
  • Establish relationships with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and refer customers for holistic solutions
  • Meet/exceed customer experience, individual/team production goals, and year-over-year revenue growth
  • Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes
  • Promote customer satisfaction with friendly, professional demeanor; answer questions and own issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and position of trust
  • Open/service full range of Retail products adhering to policies
  • Participate in consumer loan and bankcard process, owning sourced loans from application to closing
  • Participate in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed
  • Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while operating within Bank's risk appetite
  • Follow policies/procedures, elevate concerns, and ensure positive customer experience
