  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
  • Handle travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders, and invoice processing
  • Support internal communications and engagement initiatives, including team events and recognition activities
  • Be a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Partner with other EAs and PAs across the business to ensure seamless coordination of leadership activities
  • Support onboarding for new starters and contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives
