Responsibilities

This role directs and coordinates store operations in the absence of leadership, ensuring efficient and economical operations and contributing to the financial best interest of the store. The Person In Charge will monitor associate adherence to company policies, run cashier registers and the courtesy counter, handle customer concerns, conduct regular inspections, maintain time clocks, close the store, and maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked store. They will also follow all PPE and safety guidelines, food safety and cleaning expectations, and guest experience guidelines, and may be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer needs.
