The candidate must have proven experience in user acquisition or paid media buying within the video and/or mobile games industry. They should possess hands-on experience with major ad platforms and marketing channels such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and DSPs, as well as proficiency with attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Singular, Gamesight, and Google Analytics. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies, and experience operating autonomously in a fast-paced, metrics-based environment are essential. Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders are also required.
The Performance Marketing Manager will develop, manage, and optimize user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid social and ad networks. They will lead performance-driven creative testing, present campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders, and utilize data from attribution platforms to drive strategy improvements. Responsibilities also include building detailed audience segments, crafting creative briefs, collaborating on marketing asset production, owning App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategies, and supporting live and upcoming titles through data analysis.
