Requirements

  • Proven experience in paid ads management, ideally across Meta, Indeed, and recruitment-focused ad platforms
  • Strong analytical and optimisation skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and interpreting performance results
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creative development
  • Knowledge of feed management and automation tools is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Indeed, and other job platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement adjustments to improve cost-per-application (CPA) and overall campaign efficiency
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client recruitment goals and market trends
  • Allocate and control budgets across channels and accounts based on performance
  • Forecast spending, track pacing, and make optimization decisions to maximize results within allocated budgets
  • Report on budget utilization and performance outcomes
  • Conduct A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and targeting strategies to identify best-performing variations
  • Analyse test results and implement learnings into current and future campaigns
  • Continuously iterate to improve conversion rates and lead quality
  • Produce engaging ad creatives using Canva and similar tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visuals and messaging align with brand and client expectations
  • Test variations of creatives for performance optimization
  • Generate, maintain, and optimize data feeds for automation-driven campaigns
  • Set up automation rules to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Ensure feeds stay accurate, updated, and properly synced with advertising platforms
