Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign execution, ideally within FMCG, retail, or multi-brand environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics—especially in distinguishing paid vs. organic impact
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different markets, with attention to cultural nuances and localisation needs
  • Comfortable working in matrixed teams and collaborating with off-shore support for campaign setup and reporting
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail—able to manage timelines, assets, and approvals across brands
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and performance optimisation
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Implement paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google) for brands like Birds Eye, Findus, and Goodfella’s
  • Set up platform-specific formats (Stories, Reels, Feed posts) and ensure correct targeting and segmentation
  • Coordinate with organic content and influencer teams to align paid amplification with broader brand narratives
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and flag underperforming assets for review
  • Support A/B testing and creative iteration based on performance insights
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track boosted vs. organic content metrics
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Head of Performance Marketing to ensure campaign consistency across markets
  • Liaise with offshore teams for campaign setup and reporting support
  • Partner with Community Managers and Content Creators to ensure paid content is timely and relevant
