  • Lead the design and maintenance of a comprehensive HR solutions architecture that supports strategic objectives
  • Drive the Agile methodology in HR technology projects, ensuring efficient prioritization and delivery
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep HR technology at the forefront of innovation
  • Serve as the Product Owner for all HR solutions, including Workday, ServiceNow for HR, and Cornerstone
  • Manage the HR solutions roadmap, aligning it with business goals and timelines
  • Coordinate global HR initiatives and timelines through the global process calendar
  • Develop and maintain scalable, flexible HR solutions that meet global standards
  • Collaborate with COEs, IT, and business leaders to identify and prioritize HR technology needs
  • Lead the Agile process for HR technology projects, including backlog management, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
  • Ensure alignment of HR solutions with business goals and timelines
  • Build and maintain a business architecture framework to focus on identified gaps
  • Monitor adherence to the global process calendar and address any deviations or issues
