Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in people services and human resources, with thorough knowledge of people operations, human resources principles, and applicable federal and state regulations. A strong understanding of HRIS systems, proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Excel, and Apple computers, and the ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality are essential. Responsibilities

The People Services Specialist will coordinate the maintenance of all personnel files, manage Posterguard compliance, and assist with background checks and employment verifications. This role involves reviewing Eden tickets, managing People Operations emails, coordinating with vendors, monitoring compliance with policies and regulations, identifying and escalating compliance issues, and assisting in the development and implementation of People Operations policies and procedures. The specialist will also analyze People Operations data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
