Responsibilities

  • Own all employee relations matters for Fleet Operations UK and Germany
  • Work closely with US and Japan People Partner to ensure people related matters from other Geos are accounted for and aligned at a global Fleet Operations Level
  • Support leaders and managers within Fleet Operations to ensure teams are highly engaged, high performing, and resourced correctly
  • Work closely with talent on talent strategy, reward decisions, market insight and salary bandings
  • Work closely with fleet operations managers to ensure key people processes are executed in a timely and effective manner such as pre-employment checks, probationary processes, performance management cycles, engagement cycles and more
  • Ensure DEI is accounted for in People Practices and decisions taken within Fleet Operations
  • Help and guide managers through different scenarios, coaching leaders to be the best they can be
  • Lead or co-lead strategic People projects that improve the effectiveness and scalability of Fleet Operations (e.g., designing leadership guidance and resources, driving engagement survey action planning across geographies, building new policy/process infrastructure such as attendance, flexible work, compensation principles, partnering on organisational design, role scoping, and capability planning)
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into actionable People initiatives
