Requirements

Ability to design and deliver dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses for actionable insights into workforce trends (e.g., headcount, attrition, performance, engagement, compensation)
Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, IT, and executive leadership
Conduct ad-hoc analyses for executives and leadership to provide data-driven recommendations
Build and maintain workforce analytics datasets using SQL and Python
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and structure of People data across systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, survey platforms, etc.)
Identify opportunities to improve data collection methodologies, governance, and automation across the People tech stack
Support preparation of People data for compliance reporting, board materials, and workforce planning
Technical skill in analytics and systems, with understanding of dynamics supporting exempt and non-exempt populations in hyper-growth environments
Thoughtful, action-oriented mindset focused on people, process, and performance

Responsibilities
