Requirements
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in an HR Operations or People Operations role, with a strong focus on HR systems and processes, and proven experience as an administrator with Namely HRIS is required. Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity are necessary.
Responsibilities
The People Operations Specialist will serve as a key administrator for the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity; facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including data entry and system setup; assist with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries; manage employment sponsorship processes, preparing documentation and liaising with immigration counsel; identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and build automation within Namely and other HR tools; maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and assist with data analysis; respond to employee inquiries related to HR systems and policies; ensure all HR operations comply with relevant labor laws and company policies; support the People Operations team with various ad-hoc projects and initiatives, and contribute to an unreasonably hospitable and data-driven culture by exceeding expectations and radiating enthusiasm.
