Requirements

Experience in identifying, building, designing, and managing research and innovation projects, including developing project plans, phases, work streams, activities, deliverables, timelines, and milestones, is required.

Responsibilities

The R&D Scientist/Manager will build and lead research and innovation projects in hair biology, focusing on new targets and biological mechanisms of action. Responsibilities include identifying and coordinating with external partners for various studies such as in silico analytical testing, in vitro, "omics", and ex vivo research. The role involves leading experimental design, work plans, data analysis, and reporting, as well as communicating findings through presentations, posters, and manuscripts. Additionally, the position requires tracking laboratory project progress, managing timelines, creating action plans for new projects, coordinating across labs, communicating with internal and external partners, understanding internal processes, maintaining organized records, and building effective relationships.
