Requirements

2+ years of experience in payroll operations, with solid knowledge of Chilean payroll practices
Experience with payroll data entry, system maintenance, and reconciliations
Proficient Excel skills
Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements; SOC compliance

Responsibilities

Manage Chilean payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local requirements
Handle payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, bonuses, variable pay, and statutory deductions
Maintain payroll system data with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Learn and contribute to payroll operations in additional regions, expanding global payroll expertise
Ensure all payroll activities comply with Chilean labor, tax, and social security regulations
Apply and monitor SOC compliance within payroll approvals, reconciliations, and submissions
Partner with Finance, Audit, and People & Culture teams to maintain compliance and audit readiness
Continuously improve operational workflows, supporting scalable, tech-enabled HR processes
Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and contribute to automation initiatives
Provide payroll reporting and analytics to support business decision-making
