Requirements

1–4 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition coordination, or HR administration (preferably in a global or shared services environment)
Experience supporting recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, offer coordination, and ATS management
Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
Experience utilizing a ticketing and escalation system (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
Experience working with or supporting US-based or multinational organizations is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics across multiple functions and time zones
Support offer and onboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and system setup
Maintain data accuracy within the ATS (Greenhouse) and HR systems
Manage and triage incoming People-related requests and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
Partner with HR, TA, and Payroll to route inquiries, escalate issues, and maintain visibility across workstreams
Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to improve team efficiency and self-service capabilities
Support HR reporting, data audits, and process tracking to ensure operational integrity
