Responsibilities

  • Maintain data integrity within People Systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Leverage technology and automation to streamline People Operations workflows and improve service delivery
  • Monitor HR metrics and develop dashboards to generate insights, drive process improvements, and measure HR effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR standards, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Align regional HR operations with global frameworks, adapting processes to meet local needs where required
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, harmonize, and optimize HR practices across markets
