Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Mature HR professional with 7+ years of experience in HR operations
  • Proven track record leading Shared Services Center (SSC) teams (strongly preferred)
  • Extensive background in international environment, fast-growing and dynamic multi-country organizations with over 500 employees, where excellence in processes, technology, planning, and communication is essential (mandatory)
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate across different cultures and all levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing People Services team within a Shared Services Center model
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle services including payroll coordination, onboarding & off-boarding, benefits administration, employment contracts and other documentation, relocation/mobility processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws, data privacy, internal policies, and audit preparation
  • Provide support for employee queries in alignment with company policies and local regulations, and ensure readiness for audits
  • Ensure data integrity on HR systems and employee records management
  • Drive process optimization by identifying and implementing ongoing improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Leverage HR technology, automation, and digital solutions to streamline operations, enhance workflows, and boost efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver HR communications relative to HR processes and programs
  • Engage HR and Business stakeholders to gather feedback, drive data-informed process optimization, and support operational change management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compliance teams, and external vendors
  • Resolve complex issues and serve as an escalation point for operational challenges
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and continuous learning
  • Develop, monitor performance metrics, and plan resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage, adherence to SLAs, and improved service delivery
  • Support the development and implementation of the Global People Operations strategy, organization, and governance by streamlining HR processes and delivering measurable business impact
