Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a fast-scaling tech company (ideally Series A–C), including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Ability to work full time out of the Mountain View office
  • Knowledge of global employment law, compliance, and HR systems
  • Proven ability to build structure from scratch while staying hands-on in day-to-day execution
  • Experience managing benefits, compensation, and immigration processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the People Ops infrastructure — optimizing systems, data integrity, and processes for efficiency and scale
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to support business goals
  • Use people analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and measure organizational health
  • Ensure HR compliance and documentation across multiple states and global jurisdictions
  • Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from seamless, high-touch onboarding to performance management, mobility, and offboarding
  • Manage performance cycles, including goal-setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs), calibrations, and reviews
  • Oversee benefits, compensation, and wellness programs, benchmarking regularly to ensure competitiveness
