The People Operations Manager will lead core People Ops programs to ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging employee experience. This includes owning and optimizing HRIS and payroll systems, maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Responsibilities also include overseeing payroll processes, benefits enrollment, vendor management, onboarding, offboarding, and continuously evaluating and enhancing People Ops processes, systems, and workflows. The role involves acting as a trusted partner for managers and employees on People Ops topics and providing insights on key People metrics.
