Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of People Operations or HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing HRIS systems like Rippling, BambooHR, or ADP. Demonstrated expertise in multi-state payroll and employment compliance practices, strong data analysis and reporting skills, and excellent attention to detail are required. Proven ability to balance daily execution with process improvement and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The People Operations Manager will lead core People Ops programs to ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging employee experience. This includes owning and optimizing HRIS and payroll systems, maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Responsibilities also include overseeing payroll processes, benefits enrollment, vendor management, onboarding, offboarding, and continuously evaluating and enhancing People Ops processes, systems, and workflows. The role involves acting as a trusted partner for managers and employees on People Ops topics and providing insights on key People metrics.
