Requirements

Expertise in HR operations, providing advisory and coaching on complex HR procedures across the full employee lifecycle
Proficiency in managing Tier 2 cases and transactions in ServiceNow and Workday, acting as single point of contact and escalating to Tier 3 SMEs, 3rd party providers, and CoEs to meet SLAs
Ability to stay updated on People Services policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for compliance
Experience in markets including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE & Gulf, Kenya, with knowledge of local compliance and regulations
Skills in conducting audits, peer reviews, and ensuring data integrity per quality frameworks

Responsibilities

Support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle with advisory (“how do I?”) and coaching on HR procedures (process & policy) for key complex processes
Manage Tier 2 cases and transactions in ServiceNow and Workday, serving as single point of contact, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution per SLAs
Contribute to continuous improvement of People Services processes, policies, and service delivery through proactive feedback, optimization, and automation initiatives
Maintain clear and professional communication with employees, managers, Tier 3 Specialists, and stakeholders throughout case resolution
Perform audits (peer reviews) aligned with the Quality Framework to ensure service quality and identify process improvements
Provide in-country HR support for onboarding, including local compliance, new hire sessions, and accurate employee file management per regulations
Deliver training and development to upskill managers in HR processes and policies, promoting effective people management and positive employee experience
Collaborate with HRBPs to deploy and adapt global policies to local laws and regulations for consistent application
Support HRBPs in executing change projects, ensuring effective implementation of people-related processes aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., Reward CoE, People Services) to drive local compliance, self-service, high-quality HR services, and customer satisfaction
Enhance manager capability in workforce management, performance management, and employee relations
Identify HR process improvements, serve as escalation point for Tier 2-3 cases, and partner with global teams for process standardization and employee data integrity
