Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience
  • 0–2 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience (internships welcome)
  • Exposure to warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of employees and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Willingness to spend time on the floor and build relationships with employees

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR support
  • Build strong partnerships with Site Leaders, Operations Directors, PBPs, Legal, and external vendors to deliver efficient, high-quality HR support in collaboration with onsite Generalists
  • Help managers document Corrective Council & Conversation Memos for employees across Authentication Operations (US)
  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities with the PeX team—including onsite interviews, leader debrief sessions, and conducting new hire orientations
  • Support employee relations documentation and investigations under HR guidance
  • Partner with PeX, safety, security and other business partners to help coordinate training and safety programs for site employees in collaboration with site leadership
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance checks across US-based Authentication Operations sites
  • Partner with the site team on engagement, communication, and recognition initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values and workplace standards
